Witch House - 197 E Pickman St

An unpopular rooming house, inhabited by the poor and by students Walter Gilman and Frank Elwood. The building is leased to Mr. and Mrs. Dombrowski who in turn rent rooms for $25 monthly and function as landlords. Now nearly 235 years old, this structure may be the oldest building in Arkham.
