Excalibur ~ The First

The tale of the First Excalibur is related to the Sword in the Stone legend accounted in Arthurian folklore. A mystical sword seeped within an anvil that could not be pulled or lifted during the 4th century, leading to widespread rumors and decrees of royal intrigue in acquiring the mystical Sword of Legend.
The blade would be pulled by Arthur Pendragon and used in many crusades in the development of the Camelot Kingdom. Though known for its power, Arthur's first blade as King of Camelot was destroyed in an unknown battle. The blade's shards would be separated, embedded with magic, and scoured across the globe with unknown intentions.
Though destroyed and forgotten, the legacy of Excalibur did not die with the first, and the second Excalibur continued its existence without prior revelations to the first.
