Light Corp

Structure

The Light Corp follows a fairly standard business structure with a suite of chiefs at the top of the firm led by the CEO, Darius Light.
The firm is 55% owned by Darius with the remainder held by the EUF, following an initiative to limit the control of corporations, improve the governing body's coffers and limit the profit motivation for firms.
Below this central management core are two main enterprises that the Light Corp fully owns. These are their research arm and their energy production arm.
Their infrastructure business was acquired early on in their history by the EUF.

Culture

The firm is well known for its reasonably generous pay and benefit packages. So much so that it has a low turnover of staff. Its research arm is also well known for providing significant freedom in its employee's choices of research.
