Hitler detonates explsosives killing himself, Toro, and the Torch.

When the Russians were invading Berlin, the android Torch and Toro broke into Hitler's bunker just as he was about to commit suicide, to offer him the chance to surrender himself to the Americans, rather than the Russians. Hitler refused and set off explosives, killing himself, Toro and the Torch in the process. Hydra must have been aware of the assassination attempt and were able to recover the bodies before ally forces knew what had transpired. Hydra would continue to puppet Hitler's undead body for another decade, utilizing his tyranny as a guise for their global political agenda.
