Gryphon

During the waves of extraterrestrial assault, a sleeper agent was planted in the wilderness of Utah. A mass of xeno-organic material was dropped in Bear Lake, from there it began to produce a lifeform dubbed Probe Bats. Resembling winged worms, these Probe Bats were tasked with seeking out organic life in the surrounding area and harvesting DNA to return to the main mass. This DNA was then processed and utilized by the mass to cultivate a new form using beneficial traits of harvested fauna. Once a sufficient form was created, the organism now dubbed Gryphon arose. Resembling a vaguely mammalian bipedal dragon, Gryphon stands roughly 150 meters tall and possesses many strange abilities, such as the ability to produce bio-electrical bursts and bolts as well as the continued ability to absorb and utilize foreign DNA. This weaponized DNA absorption has led to GDF Kaijuologists to theorize a possible connection to both the Trilopods and Orga, both of which used similar abilities.
