Servants of Creatures Arriving Late to Earth (S.C.A.L.E) is a pseudo-religious eco terrorist organization formed under the belief that the Kaiju are the true rulers of the planet and humanity’s attempts to stop their return to power is blasphemous. By far the most active terrorist group following the modern spark in kaiju activity, S.C.A.L.E fanatics attack GDF operations through direct attack and sabotage/espionage in the attempt of halting kaiju eradication or containment. Raided S.C.A.L.E hideouts show the organization is planning to create their own kaiju through genetic experiments and mutation. The pseudo-religion the group holds of the same name has several branches, some of which have been cropping up in civilian communities.
