Sirenjaw

Gigantosuchus crocodiliad

Sirenjaw is a crocodilian that lurks in the southern swamps of Skull Island, 13-19 meters long and covered in rocky scales and plant matter, including a species of mangrove tree. Much like many swamp predators on Skull Island, the Sirenjaw is an ambush predator that disguises itself as part of the environment, however the Sirenjaw takes this a step forward by camouflaging itself as a rocky outcrop island for animals to rest on while traversing the swamps or to feed on the croc’s exotic trees. During nesting season, Sirenjaw mothers, just like most crocodilians, guard their eggs and young. Sirenjaws are mouth-brooders, mothers will hold their clutch in their mouth and fast for 100 day when the eggs finally hatch, for 20 days after the eggs hatch, the mother will protect the young, allowing them back in her mouth at the first sign of danger.
