A.E.G.I.S.

A.E.G.I.S. (American Elite Government Institution Service) was founded after the Super War in order to better keep the peace in this new, super powered world. Thye have agents and bases all around the globe, but most of their officers are in the New Americas. The vast majority of their officers are Metahuman, as A.E.G.I.S.'s main objective is to keep the peace between Metahumans. 
In this current Era of Heroes many children grow up wishing to be heroes, but only a select few are able to make it. When these aspiring heroes grow up and don't make it, many of them enroll into A.E.G.I.S. to still try and do good in the world.
