Christoph Vaughn is the #1 hero in America: Psychelock
His power is Telekinesis, and has ultimate control over his power. During his time as #2, he was the only person who ever came close to being equal to the Ultimate Hero.
Christoph was the apart of the first graduating class of Prime Academy, and after he rose to the #2 of the American Ranked Top 10, Prime Academy gained a lot more fame, even more so after he rose to be #1 in the nation. Every now and then, he'll go and give a masterclass or two at his alma mater.

Personal history

Christoph was born into a poor German family who immigrated to the New Americas when he was a young boy. He grew up near Neo City, and always dreamed of being a superhero, but it was a pipe dream to say the least. However, through sheer hard work he managed to gain perfect control over his telelkinesis and was scouted out for the first ever class of Prime Academy. The rest is history.
