With this philosophy, and having a well informed public, a democracy can flourish. If it starts veering off track she will re-inform her subjects to realign their views to make them understand the wisest options.

Knowledge is the greatest asset, so education is of the upmost importance, they have the best schools in the world, (Aravasis is a big rival when it comes to the humanities). They also have a sizable military, because as any wise person would know, an undefended country is a lost country.
