The Underbelly

The lowest part of the New York Metro Complex , even below the Lower City -only inhabited by the lowest and most desperate people. Many places have been permanently flooded or half-flooded. Made up old subway stations, abandoned floors of skyscrapers as they built up to avoid the waters, tunnels residents have pumped free of water, old sewer or water-pipes.
