Extra-Nuclear Solar Energy Duplicator

Renewable, Clean Energy for All

Abbreviated as E.N.S.E.D., this "self sustaining" power supply provides 100% renewable energy without any chemical waste or fumes. There are several E.N.S.E.D. reactors stationed around the world to alleviate costs of energy transportation and to provide redundancy should something go horribly wrong.

"Self Sustaining"

Self sustaining in quotes because contrary to what the common public might believe, it does actually require a tremendous amount of power to actually start up. How much power is required to start the extra-nuclear reaction? Few people know. Once the reaction has started to take place however, it will continuously run without any need for additional fuel or energy input.

How it works

In layman's terms, after storing up enough energy to force a reaction, that energy is released at the exact time that two molecules collide together. Lets call those molecules X and Y. The tunnel in which these molecules collide goes around the in a circle. The energy causes the two molecules to react with each other, producing two new molecules, lets call those molecules Z and V. As molecules Z and V travel through the tunnels on opposite sides of the circle, they pass by atoms which cause molecules Z and V to react, changing back into molecules X and Y. Then molecules X and Y collide again on the opposite side of the circle. This time however, Molecules X and Y are moving fast enough that there is enough kinetic to force the reaction which changes them into molecule Z and V and reverses their direction of travel. This process now repeats infinitely without interruption. The energy we use now to start this process is collected by kilometres of solar panels surrounding the site of the reactor. After the E.N.S.E.D. reactor has started for the first time, the solar panels are left in place as a fail safe, should a situation occurs which requires the reactor to shut down.
