Capital Seventy Seven

One of the High Wizards governs large population hubs called Capitals. These have at least 50,000 citizens registered and are well protected with structures, a militia, assault vehicles and/or ships. Technology here is advanced and slave numbers are in the tens of thousands. Most Capitals have a trading center and an Arena where events can be performed.
The Wizard lives in a Citadel. A palace fit for ancient lords of old. Usually the Great Impacts took much of city buildings down. However, Wizard can retrofit structures and skyscrapers if time, slave labor and resources allow.
The world has 112 Capitals up and running, still too few to establish a reliable order. The Council of Wizards seeks to control the intelligent life with its dwindling technology and military might, but human resistance is resilient and Wizards are an unstable bunch. They respect law and order so long as it favors them.
A Capital is a place of distinction and recognized as part of the Coalition of Wizards. For those trying to destabilize a Capital or greater area of importance is inviting the wrath of the Council. Capitals enjoy open trade with other capitals and come under a blanket of protection of sorts from Wizards trading resources.

Geography

His base is in Wilmington NC and even though it was devastated with tsunamis from the impacts, the North Carolina Battleship was largely unscathed. The defenses impressed the wizard enough to incorporate its structures into a formidable fortress. Sabian also found a library of which he does his research to learn more about the planet for personal conquest and power accumulation.

Fauna & Flora

Largely sand and beach grasses associated with coastal shorelines. Rubble and debris associated with tsunami damage.

Natural Resources

Slaves, metals and a hidden deposit of gems. Gems have properties which The High Wizard Sabian uses to amplify his mental powers. The workforce is primarily focused on scouring the area looking for debris of the fallen ship and old human military vessels for technology.
Sabian also has discovered in this haven ancient writings and libraries which he is pouring through to learn more about this planet and unlock its secrets for even greater power.

Citizens don't know much about numering systems. They call the industrial center Ash 'Vil 'Ah.
