Nora is a tall and finely built woman, who's muscular frame belies her soft demeanor and a rounder shape.

Personal history
Having never really known her parents, Nora was raised in a series of foster homes in different areas, her mother having left when she was young. Eventually she got out on her own and dedicated herself to her studies, going to university and getting a degree in therapeutic recreation, inspired by the sorts of troubles she saw and experienced in foster care. She worked smaller jobs until forming her own house in 2016.
Though having a child at 22 was always a wrinkle in her plans, having to juggle raising a child with her lofty goals, which she rarely spoke intimately about. Tensions between herself and her daughter Cora reached a head, with Cora leaving home at 16, only recently returning to Halcyon and reconciling with their mother.
Education
Degree in therapeutic recreation.
Employment
Founded and runs the Light in The Darkness Halfway House for Recovering Convicts. Her she focuses on rehabilitating supervillains and other criminals for ordinary life, addressing the underlying issues which drove them to commit their crimes. They also work in tandem with the Helping Hand Co-op and receiving funding from some fairly notable figures in the superhuman community.

The house has been majorly successful in it's time, even boasting a few stories of villains turned heroes thanks to the supportive therapy they received. This has
Mental Trauma
Imogen, someone close to Nora in years past, died tragically. While the authorities determined that their her death was from an infection, Nora has maintained that it was no accident, but murder. This often consumes her and alienates those around her.
