Roy has been the Rocket for over 30 years, picking up the mantel after the first turned to villany, a fact which he rarely discloses. He's become incredibly influential in his time in Halcyon, fighting alongside many of the cities greatest heroes, expanding the jetpack design into a specialized flightsuit, and using his company to use the flight technology of the Rocket to improve transportation of goods and more.

Roy has a masters degree in business studies.
Employment
Founded Blaney and Rochester a company which helped advance transportation technologies. He donates much of his earnings.
