Airship

The airship is a large-scale flying contraption, about the size of a naval ship. The idea has existed for forever, taking inspiration from such concepts as the Sky-Bastion and later from the steam-powered ironclad. Stable, low-flying models of airships were (expensively) produced with the usage of etheryst in the late Age of Enlightenment, though models without a basis in magic have failed in practice.
Some believe that Windwhales may be the key to building non-magical airships, as they are capable of flying even in regions without the heavy gusts of the Windy Country despite their size.
