Cobble Commune

The Cobble Commune is began as a refugee camp for those affected by the civil war in Southmoor. It has since been converted into a sanctuary for all in the world to voluntarily reside in, and is predominantly composed of Fey. It lies near Frog Lake, within the borders of Southmoor.
