Exaltium

Exaltium is a metal which is found in Eashavar, especially in regions which have historically been influenced by magic. It typically takes on a color of green-tinged bronze, though streaks of purple can run through it (especially when it makes contact with the Warp).
Exaltium has historically been printed as a form of currency, holding less value than platinum but more value than gold because of its rarity. Exaltium has more recently been used in combination with etherysts to direct arcane energy. It is a metal which can demonstrate all properties of planar magic, and conducts raw arcana when exposed to it through an etheryst. This conduction is unlike any other material, which typically absorbs it until it explodes with energy. Exaltium may still explode when overcharged, but it is remarkably stable otherwise.
