Kelezor

Kelezor is the parriarch of the Green Dragonflight, sometimes regarded as the Bane of the Fey for his residence in The Rainy Country. The moniker is quite inaccurate, however, as while Green Dragons have and do prey upon the Fey of the Rainy Country, the Fey do not regard them with such hatred as the mortal races. Kelezor's flight has also not been as hostile to the Fey as dragons in other regions of the world, primarily acting with hostility when its homes are trespassed upon.
Historically, Kelezor has also been visited by Fey in harsh times, and is said to be able to predict future omens and perform miracles with the aide of his enchanted orb. This orb is not the only enchanted tool in the dragon's repertoire, for Kelezor also possesses the fabled blade Voraxis, which is said to be the size of the jungle'ss tallest trees but made of pure steel and gemstones. Through it, he is said to level the very forests of the jungle itself when the growths need culling. Some Fey myths also indicate his sword was used to stamp out any sizable settlements of Fey within the Rainy Country, earning him a title in their folklore as "the Reaper."
