Sing Sa-Hai

Sing Sa-Hai is the capital of Zaral. It is an artifically-constructed city, owing its origins to the order of Yr Zaral's leadership to settle and abandon the tribe's nomadic roots. Because of this, the city is fairly inefficient and far-too-dense, but the situation is improving as industry develops throughout its span.
