The Society of the Black Sheep Hood is typically thought to be centered in The Vale. It is a highly secretive society which focuses on the practice of the occult, especially with the goal of manipulating psionic magic. It is commonly thought to be a part of The Travelers.
The "Black Sheep Hood" is thought, in part, to refer to Zel'Ratsu.
