The Shavar

The Shavar are the eyes and ears of the King-of-Kings, the monarch of Arberia. They are an elite and secretive order of assassins who influence domestic and foreign affairs at the point of their knives. While they carry out orders directly from the Arberian crown, they have been known to have their own unofficial motives, and to operate according to the demands of other influences.
