Water-Soup
"Water-soup" is the name that some Southmoorians have taken to calling the water supply of the nation. Most major fresh waterways in the country have either fallen into centers of war or otherwise have failed to be maintained, resulting in a reliance on the waters that creeks carry from the Marshwoods. This water is full of mud and brine, giving it a soupy - if not stewy - consistency. Water-soup is nausea-inducing to the best of constitutions, but it also results in regular outbreaks of Rotspur and Anthrakitis among the populace.
