Ziva-Cadir

The Ziva-Cadir largely stem from modern Cadisia, though the early origins of this culture are heavily intermixed with the other "Ziva" peoples, as they intermixed greatly during the early ages and under the rule of the Althraxian Empire.
In the modern day, the Ziva-Cadir are distinguished from their brethren by their reliably rebellious nature and grand ambitiousness. Their accents tend to be associated with a certain nasal pretentiousness, and many dislike the company of the Ziva-Cadir because it always feels as though they are talking down to you. This is further amplified by their tendency towards slow speech, which conflicts directly with the Ziva-Adaxa's preference of rapid-fire discussion.
