As per the agreements of the Second Elven War, Delos'Nordan formally ceded the regions of Upmarch, Lowmarch, and The Feral Lands as demilitarized zones.
The preceding two years were intended to allow for disentanglement of influence, but in practice, only allowed these regions to become more unstable centers of future proxy battles.
