Personal history
Holg Braak is a 26 year old half orc who was abandoned by his orc tribe in a small wooden boat. He was found by some monks of the ki-rin at the base of their cliff side abode, swirling in an eddie. Raised entirely by the monks of the ki-rin, he never really fit in. While his master was kind and generous to him, Holg Braak never felt fully welcomed. He was forced to leave his monastery after brewing his inheritance that was the only keepsake from his tribe. An extremely heady liquor, this triple distilled beverage was too much for the monks. Having been forced to leave, he now has wandered on to Vareholm to share with the wild frontier his gift for beer! He hopes one day to open a tavern to sell his drink and share stories with his fellow adventurers. Holg Braak's inheritance is a small scrap of parchment that contains the beer recipe that got him kicked out of his monastery. An extremely potent beer that is too much for the uninitiated to drinking culture.

Failures & Embarrassments
Was kicked out of the ki-rin clan of monks due to excessive drunkenness. They were a group of drunken master, but the inherited brew that Holg made was too strong even for them and it killed the grand master who had taken in Holg. Through very little fault of his own, Holg had killed the man he called father.
