(Green Wyrm)
O thee Emerald Virulence, deadly Wyrm and Beast of the Mire. Famed and Noble Warrior Arcterys had many times traded blows with the scales of green, with every clash declared as stalemate. Famed and Noble Warrior Arcterys would return to great celebration, whilst the Creature of the Swamps and Filth would limp back to it's hole, wounded in both pride and body.
The wretched creature would ultimately plot the demise of the Famed and Noble Warrior Arcterys. She who had turned the hamlet of Lleynd into it's noxious state had done so to draw out Famed and Noble Warrior Arcterys. Her trap had been thwarted by his profound cunning, and in one strike she had been slain - her head and body separated. For though Famed and Noble Warrior Arcterys had many a clash with the Beast, it was mere practice. He had cleverly outwitted the Virulence and brought her to the belief that the pair were of equal power, and so underestimated her foe! But his power was unmatched by any, and the Wyrm did have no answer for his great strength.
Her deceit was endless however, and her rotted corpse was sought out by the Witches of Andmoril. Using their foul magics they had brought the Wyrm back to a state of un-life, a monstrosity of death and barbed thrown and plant; The Blightful Regrowth.
Our hero, The Famed and Noble Wyrmslayer Arcterys, was not aware of this necromancy. How could one so honourable ever consider such an act!? And so, in a cowardly act of malice, the Wyrm burst forth from the swampwaters to consume the Knight, gloating of it's misdeeds before returning to it's wretched murk.
