Legend Lore: Holocene, the Mindrot of Aelin

Holocene, a vile, wicked Green Dragon. Once a corrupt politician in the high circles of the long lost Dragon Empire, Holocene was turned to a seditious War Criminal at the whim of {KDFTM}. Before, Holocene was sickly and reeked of death, but after turning to true evil, Holocene became a force of unnatural evil. He tapped into the Thought Manifest of Aelin to cause the nightmares of those he hated to become real; fatally haunting them.
He was eventually betrayed and destroyed entirely - all except his mind, which was reduced to the intellect of an infants, and left to spark eldritch fire and tear the fabric of space in the air surrounding Aelin.
