Legend Lore: Lazura, Conduit Supreme

Lazura was one of Tiamat’s Chosen Knights, raised in the Nine Hells from a Wyrmling into something greater than a dragon. For Millenia, Tiamat used these Dragon Knights to further her agendas within the Hells and beyond.
Lazura is naturally adept at controlling and redirecting electrical energy, as he bolstered it to maximum effect.
