Legend Lore: Lucky Cutlass

Long before the realm of elves, dwarves and men, there were Dragons. And before them, were Ancients. Deities. Immortals. Primordials. The Lucky Cutlass is born of Luckstone, an immeasurable substance forged eons ago by the forgotten tendrils of Phaant in the Gleaming Halls on the Material Plane. The wielder of the Lucky Cutlass is said to be one of the three Holders of Phaant’s Doom as they pass on Bad Luck to their foes.
It is believed that, much like Phaant herself, the Wielder of the Lucky Cutlass is doomed, as is their Quarry
