Radan was one of Tiamat’s Chosen Knights, raised in the Nine Hells from a Wyrmling into something greater than a dragon. For Millenia, Tiamat used these Dragon Knights to further her agendas within the Hells and beyond.
Radan is never seen in open conflict, waiting for the opportunity to make a singular, fatal attack.
