Sedara was once a tremendous courier within the Oshran Empire. None could deliver news quicker - at least until the Empire found the Ley Lines and created the Jade Networks. Her skill in moving quickly and quietly was noticed, but her meek nature foiled her. She often was too shy in public situations to push for a job, and struggled, financially. She complained to her partner, Pikyr, that she was never in the right place at the right time. If only she could call out her voice before others, if only she was first. Pikyr massaged her shoulders with clawed hands, and plotted.
Sedara would find herself stepping up quicker, raising her voice sooner, delivering messages and packages in half the time. But she grew exhausted, losing her energy, her drive. She had fallen to ambush, and had one of her legs broken in the scuffle. When she limped back to Pikyr, he offered to train her, and he did - he built her into the martial champion he needed. Sedara didn’t see the betrayal come.
Sedara was permanently killed when Balthazar Avaretti used the Lucky Cutlass to put the Torn Knights to rest. The Umbral Court claimed her soul for the crime of Deserting the Empire; failing to deliver a precious Gilded Lantern to Aurlus Solaris.
