Legend Lore: The Tar thing that took Temm

The living tar is more ancient and old
Than wizards, clerics, fire and cold
Corruptive and evil it seeps into all
Causing even the mightiest hero to fall
The defiler is nothing but death and decay
But the corruptor will influence and take your allies away
The tarborn are far and few in between
One of a kind, made of flesh or machine
They all live in a hive mind of tar
Serving the Lord whose influence goes far
Outside of any chart or map
The plane of living tar is a trap
Sealed long ago by druidic powers
A prison crafted in wizard towers
A massive gem of crystal quartz
And guardians to keep away evil sorts
Once lost to tar you are never seen
As if you had never ever been
Truly lost to never more
Dance with friends or fight your war
