Legend Lore: The Weave Breaker

Tyrael Yllaris was known amongst the Oshran for his utter disregard for the natural order of the Weave and its limitations. It’s said that the mythical elf was unbound by Mystra, and could work outside the known realm of magic entirely. It was by his hand, the Oshrans believed, that the famed City of Dreams came to exist in the first place.
