Simic Guild Branch

The Guild Branch is an artificial sinkhole in town. With a small nice entryway on the surface. There is a proper railing to prevent accidental falls, also a net because there will be some idiot who tries to jump in anyway.
It is not very deep yet, only one story down. The main rooms are dedicated to a jewelry showroom selling pieces made by Tegieth.
