Stith
Stith doesn’t remember much. She knows she came to Idriell with a bunch of Orc farmers from her home. She knows that they died somehow. Everything else from then on is a bit of a blur.
She knows something messed around with her. Magic? Who knows. She used to be an animal, but now she could do people things, she was a lot smarter, and she wanted to do more than just eat grass.
One day she was minding her own business, trying to do regular kangaroo things like eat and laze about, when out of nowhere some rude as hell Half Orc jumps out of the bushes and throws a hammer at her. A fucking hammer. She dodged it, and yelled some shit about bad manners, and the bloke looked positively stumped. A talking roo, weird right?
She took the advantage and the two had a fight. Stith reckons she won, but Namarrkon reckons he did. The truth stays in that forest.
Anyway, he said some crap about it not being safe out here, apologized for the whole ‘throwing a whole hammer at her’ thing, and helped her out, said there was a town where she could hang out. Might as well, this wilderness was getting boring and cold.
Stith is an Awakened Kangaroo found by Namarrkon on his walkabout. She’s obnoxious, rude, foul-mouthed and just altogether not pleasant for the most part. She does however have a strong sense of warrior-pride and will respect and work with anyone that deems to be strong or useful. Stith looks like a regular red kangaroo, although now that she’s Awakened she likes to sport a green cloak, some gloves and occasionally a plain akubra hat. At her fullest height she stands at around 5’10” - not unreasonably large for a kangaroo, but surprisingly tall for a female of her species. She’s frequently seen scowling and kicking things. Now that she’s got a good brain, she also likes to mess around with mechanical things when she gets the chance, although she ain’t good with them. Out of context: She will mostly be staying at Marr’s farm, helping out around there and around town. Pretty unapproachable except by the right people - she is friendly deep down. Somewhere. You just gotta try and find that friendliness. Hopefully without getting kicked.
