Teleportation Circle

The Teleportation Circle of Vareholm is located in a subterranean vault, accessible through a series of tunnels and stairwells beneath the Town Square. 20 ft. above the circle is a glowing Cirassal Rod, capable of allowing anyone to use the circle, without requiring being able to cast the spell.
