The Umbral Court

The Umbral Court is the name given to the manifested rage of a fallen empire, and it is populated by the dead. Its singular purpose seems to be to capture the souls of those who had a major hand in the destruction of the Oshran Empire, and to deliver to those souls nothing short of what they deem justice.
