Hillsbrad Foothills

Sitting at ocean level beyond Thoradin’s wall, is the rolling fields of Hillsbrad, formerly farm lands for Lordaeron; most of the Landscape is filled with rolling green hills, abandoned farms and large pine trees. These farms have been either looted by the Forsaken for anything of value, or are currently inhabited by undead citizens. Journeying several miles through the woodlands, the party sees a ruined structure off in the distance.

Durnholde Keep

About 15 miles from the wall an old human settlement crumbles alone atop a hill, while massive in structure this keep was once an internment camp built by the humans on Lordaeron to house Orc war prisoners, and is a noticeably dark part of human history.
The front gate has completely collapsed as an eerie silence falls over the interior of the keeps walls, a large stone bridge connects from the entrance to the main building, underneath the bridge about 15 foot down is a pit filled with a few large buildings where the prisoners were once kept, every step echoes throughout the keep.
Prison area A small set of steps leads down to where once a gate would have been. Inside the pit are large buildings, the floor is not cobbled unlike the rest of the area, instead dry mud buries shovels and other basic tools that the Orcs would have used as prison work.
The buildings are emptied for everything bar the metal frames of beds. A rumble can be felt from outside the building, a Death Sladd is roaming the pit with the scent of the party.

The Interior Building
The corridors of the larger building are falling down cutting off some corridors completely, every room has been picked dry of any resources, in one of the rooms a mummified corpse of a human is sat on the ground upright, a weather dagger is plunged deep into his chest. On a closer inspection of the body they will notice that he is or at least wearing white robes and has geometric tattoos all over his body, similar to Norwynn.
Devos Penley - A Monk of the Monastery of Mist, was once a teacher who taught pupils how to control their healing abilities. The Monastery was attacked over a year ago by the Forsaken, he tried getting some of the younger students out to safety, they were able to make it to Durnholde Keep however the party of Undead who were hunting them tracked them to the Keep, he was able to fight them off and save the remaining children. However he was mortally wounded during the fight and passed away inside.

Tarren Mill

Off to the north the road leads past a settlement, town has a thick smog that sits on top of it with dark buildings, the brazier flickering with a purple flame, as skeletal guards stand by the gates. Hanging from the gates a light purple large banner with a cracked mask hangs. Anyone would recognize these as Banner of the Banshee Queen Sylvanas Windrunner. Inside are most old citizens of Lordearon who have long since turned undead and are loyal to Slyvanas.
Melisara - A female Banshee with red wiry hair, her lower half of her body is fading away and she silently floats.
Shay - A Undead male, with pale blue skin, his lower jaw is hanging on by a single tendon, most of his skin has fully rottened away showing the bone underneath him, one of his eyes has rotten out of the socket and the other glows with a pale yellow glow. (innkeeper).
Monika Sengui - A female Undead wearing a simple dress, she has grey skin, most of her skin is intact but her check as a hole in it making her jaw visible from the side.
Leona Dusking - A female blood elf, with long blonde hair, she is currently visiting from Silvermoon, as she is researching a cure to the plagued animals in the plaguelands, “where better to study undeath than with the undead”.

Path to Silverpine

On route to silverpine forest about 2 days into the Foothills the once tree and orange pine trees start to darken to a dark green colour. A hunched over figure is picking mushrooms at the base of a tree, they are wearing a black robe with the hood up.
(if traveling with one of the Worgen from the wall they will say this is a target).
The hood is dropped, long white hair flows out from underneath the hood, he looks up a face similar to Norwynn, except the eyes are sunken, his face looks malnourished, his skin deathly pale, a light white glow radiates from his eyes.
Auris - Norwynn’s twin brother practically alike in apprentice , he has a scar that run across his chest (undead).
