Quiet Ones

Group of monks, generally peaceful, but not pacifists,who wonder around certain areas, begging and performing tasks in perfect silence. Each monk possess a Staff of the Silence that negates any noise they make.Older monks can inflict this on others who harrass them or in a zone around the user. Resemble Shaolin monks in appearance , but their robes tend to be blue and the hair lengh determines their rank/age etc.
