Gretris was the first goddess who was formed by pure chaos. She created most of the other deities and like that initiated the creation of the world we know as Ebbavion.
Gretris is widely depicted as a giant dragon with scales shimmering in all colors of the rainbow or as a woman completely covered in a cloak resembling her scales. She is said to be wise yet to easily get bored so she randomly plants the seeds of wild magic within the world for only the wisest to control if even.
She is said the be the one who laid the very first dragon eggs, creating the legendary and ancient first dragons. This would make the dragons actual demigods yet that fact is rarely aknowledged as there are no official texts to spread the knowledge about the creation of dragons in the first place. It is widely believed that even most of those ancient dragons aren't aware of how they were created. The legend is only based on the widely spread depictions of Gretris in a dragon shape by her followers.
