Mental characteristics

Personal history

Because of her weak physical condition, Philomena has been confined to a wheelchair her whole life. With her aptitude for magic, she eventually learned how to move the wheelchair with levitation magic, giving her back a fraction of freedom of movement. This has become second nature for her.   She was in Starharbor mid-Harvestaul, when the Governor's son, William Dawncrest, went missing. Along with two other adventurers, Theddul Granitebringer and Lazooti Rallo, she helped find and rescue William. The party found William in a cave at the base of the cliff Starharbor was built on, where he surely would have ended up as a snack to a Naiad and the pack of Grindylows she was taking care of. They managed to safely reunite William with his father, Henry Dawncrest.   As a reward, she was granted access to the Mage's Tower in Starharbor.
