Tromp of First Tower

Family goes way back and was generally considered the white trash of the town. But when he was young, Tromp fell into luck when House Orien approached him about purchasing a good deal of his land. Not because he is savvy, but because he is pretty dull and didn't comprehend what he had, he almost blew the deal but instead Orien ended up increasing their offer numerous times.
He is now essentially a professional barfly at the Tower View.
