Gnomes have a love of knowledge that borders on obsession. They usually hate physical violence, preferring to solve their problems with words if possible. They love intrigue and many a gnome is involved in some manner of scheme. Even those of good nature will often prefer to use their cunning and sometimes trickery to resolve and issue rather than brute force or unreliable honesty.
