Boris
Boris runs numerous taverns and other operations both in Eberron and the other planes, including Khyber. Preferring to remain behind the scenes, he often lets somebody else act as the face of a business while he handles finance and other matters in the background.
While Boris keeps his cards close to his chest, it is clear that he has a formiddable intelligence network operating in multiple planes.
