Castar Del Tarliac
A cheerful gnome with wild red hair, Castar usually has a grin on his face and a cigarette poking out one corner of his mouth.
Castar has been a reporter for the Korranberg Chronicle for nearly 10 years now. He is particularly well know for his coverage of the Cyrean refugees after the Mourning, which is probably the reason why House Dereleth asked him to cover Cassandra’s visit to New Cyre.
After Gorpo requested help in tracking down his past, Castar started digging. Unfortunately, he drew the attention of the wrong people, and has since disappeared.
