Mishann and Wrogar proposed a simple partition into two or three kingdoms. Kaius, as yet deprived of the glory of battle, sabotaged the entire effort, urging his allies to reject the treaties. The only lasting result of the months of “peaceseeking” was to allow expatriates from every nation to return home, some just ahead of overzealous locals.
