Jaelena d'Jorasco

Jaelena d'Jorasco is a scion of House Jorasco and the leader of the House Jorasco Citadel in Fairhold. She is a formidable administrator and has run a profitable organization that has maintained the goodwill of the people of Fairhaven.
Some say that her enclave's success should be attributed to Haneela d'Jorasco's resurrection services, and are not the results of good management. Regardless, few can fault Jaelena for her efforts to take care of the less fortunate of the city while maintaining a business.
The halfling does have a fault. She is horribly bigoted against those born with aberrant dragonmarks, and refuses them care at her place of business. She would not attempt to have a person with an aberrant dragonmark killed in broad daylight, but it wouldn't surprise anyone if she paid to have that person killed in the dead of night.
