Professor Julian Krize

Professor Krize is the head of the engineering and artificing programs at Morgrave University. A brilliant engineer in his own right, he has taught at the university since 912 YK and had been a consultant on the original "clockwork" version of the warforged. Deciding to teach in the last century of his life, he maintained an exemplary career as a structural engineer in Sharn before adapting his studies to meet the requirements of a world at war. His efforts as an artificer have been well-documented, but he prefers his work without magic. His work on firearms made the Brelish military even more formidable and he is considered one of the foremost authorities in his field.
Though brilliant, Professor Krize is an arrogant and bigoted old dwarf. His treatment of many of the staff has given credence to sentiment against the "common" races (humans, dwarves, elves, and gnomes).
