Professor Whisper Pines

You hear the professor's feathers flutter behind a large stack of books before you see her. Standing nearly five feet tall, the raven-like kenku approaches you clutching her staff. She looks resplendent in a set of deep purple robes, a set of shiny silver epaulettes convey the importance of her personage. As she sees you in her office and cocks her head to the side inquisitively.

Whisper is a kenku on loan from Droaam following King Boranel's acknowledgement of the new state. An expert on the manifest zones in Khorvaire, the professor's main purpose for being at Morgrave University is to establish a university with a similar structure when she returns to her homeland. Even more vocal about her standing as a "monster" in Sharn, she verbally attacks anyone who suggests that she's not equal to her task or associates her with a bird.
She grew up near a Risian manifest zone in Droaam and had passed into it one time during a convergence, narrowly escaping back to Eberron before she froze to death. She became obsessed with the phenomenon that day, and has been a voracious reader on the subject ever since.
